Revenue % Change on Targets
Slide left to model a revenue drop, right for an increase
How to use this tool:
Revenue % Change (slider above) ➔ applies a blanket % increase or decrease across all 4 months. Use this to quickly model best/worst case scenarios against the projected targets.
Month Adj % (in-table input) ➔ override the slider for a specific month. For example, enter -10 to reduce that month's projection by 10%, or 15 to increase it by 15%. This stacks on top of the slider.
Actual Rev (in-table input) ➔ once you have real numbers, type the actual revenue for that month. This overrides both the slider and the month adjustment, and all downstream calculations (COGS, stock, TLC drawdown) update automatically.
March Sale (2 Weeks)
Projected revenue and COGS from a 2-week sale in March. Based on 142 sale items at discounted prices, using 75% of each item's best historical month as the volume estimate, capped at available stock. The $371K COGS flows into the TLC drawdown below, accelerating pallet reduction and storage savings.
Revenue (ex GST)
$864,066
Gross Profit (57%)
$492,594
Based on actual March prices × 75% of each item's best historical month volume, capped at available stock. The $371K COGS directly reduces inventory.
TLC Storage | COGS Drawdown & Savings
TLC currently holds 30.9% of total inventory ($1.03M across 150 pallet spaces at $4.50/wk each).
As revenue drives COGS, stock leaves TLC proportionally ➔ fewer pallets needed ➔ lower storage costs.
Higher revenue = faster drawdown = bigger savings.
Use the revenue slider and month adjustments above to see how different scenarios impact TLC costs in real time. The March sale adds an extra $371K COGS hit in month one, accelerating the drawdown further.
